I LOVE the booklet! Love how Lisa has broken down how each oil helps and how it describes the signs of anxiety as people aren’t always aware they’re experiencing anxiety. I think the little recipes for people to create their own products are a great idea. And super helpful with the MIND tips and links for further help!

Informative and practical guide – a very easy read. The guide shows how anxiety manifests itself and offers solutions and further reading details. I know about essential oils but Lisa has included ones that I have not come across before. I especially liked the skincare recipes that are included and I’ll definitely make some with my daughter. Anxiety affects everyone and using natural products is extremely appealing.
