A gorgeous light and fragrant hair oil which is made with just seven plant oils, carefully chosen for their ability to soften, hydrate, smooth and strengthen all hair types. It can be used as a pre-wash treatment, a serum or a scalp massage oil.
With high-performing blackcurrant seed, cherry kernel and argan oil, this will transform your tresses, making them soft, shiny and manageable. It will promote hair growth, prevent breakage and help to balance out sebum production on the scalp, helping to calm both dryness and excess oil.
Suitable for all types of hair, whether you have fine, thick, dry, greasy or frizzy.
Dry or Problematic Scalp: Massage a few drops into the scalp where required at night and wash out in the morning (can also be done an hour before washing). Make sure you are using a really gentle shampoo that does not irritate the scalp.
Pre Wash: As a intense hydration mask, massage into scalp and right through to ends or dry locks, and comb through, cover it up with either a shower cap or a towel and leave. You can leave it all night and wash out in the morning, or an hour or two before washing. Wash with a gentle sulphate and perfume free shampoo and then style as usual.
As a serum: On damp hair after washing, put a few drops of oil into the palm of your hand, then thoroughly massage on the ends, then blow-dry and style as usual. Perfect for fly-aways too. Start with just a couple drops – a little goes a long way. Reduce amount if you find that your hair is too heavy or greasy-looking after usage. If you have very thick wavy hair you may need to use a little more. If your hair is thin, you will only need one or two drops.
Here’s why it works so well
Coconut Oil: comprised mainly of smaller medium-chain fatty acids, coconut oil penetrates hair more deeply and faster than other conditioners, it will help to repair split ends, moisturise your scalp, and add a healthy glow to your locks. Studies have found that coconut oil reduced breakage and strengthened hair, It is also antibacterial and antifungal so will help deal with any skin issues on your scalp.
Argan Oil: softens, tames frizz, treats split ends, helps hair to retain moisture, it’s light, easily absorbed and non-oily.
Blackcurrant Seed Oil: high in GLA (gamma lineoic acid) it stops hair breaking, stops flyaways, restores moisture, prevents hair loss and promotes new growth.
Cherry Kernel Oil: contains high levels of vitamin A and anti-oxidants, maintains healthy hair, can prevent dandruff and adds lustre to hair. It is light and does not add weight.
Sea Buckthorn: stimulates hair growth, improves overall health of scalp and hair, reduces dryness, boosts sheen and strengthens hair. It really is a super-oil, it has 6 different fat soluble vitamins, 22 fatty acids, 42 kinds of lipids and 36 kinds of flavanoids. It is the richest natural source of Vitamin A (Beta Carotene) and Omega 7.
Geranium: helps to balance sebum production on the scalp, calming both dryness and excess oil production.
