How does it work?
A blend of essential oils that help to reduce inflammation in the nose and lesson symptoms of hay fever. As soon as you breathe it in, the tiny molecules will enter your body and start to calm those horrible hay fever symptoms.
Chamomile: extremely soothing to itchy, irritated and sensitive sinuses. Its anti-allergenic properties are highly beneficial to counteract many of the effects of pollen.
Lemon: haemostatic so useful for nosebleeds (which often increase in sufferers during hay fever season). Also anti-bacterial and anti-viral and supports lymphatic drainage, helping your body to recover.
Eucalyptus: has analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects; it also works as an expectorant, helping to cleanse the body of toxins and harmful microorganisms that are acting as allergens.

Another top tip for itchy eyes is to soak chamomile tea bags in cold water and keep them in the fridge. When you need them, lie back and pop them on your eyes. Throw away once used.
