Generously packed with facts, knowledge and ideas for creating your own self care treats, Lisa’s booklet is reassuring in tone but also super-useful for anyone who wants to know more about what’s going on with their skin during this time in our lives. As a menopause yoga teacher I’m not unfamiliar with much of the information here, but Lisa has cleverly pulled together her natural choices wisdom, sharing in a practical, empathic way while being frank and open about her own journey. A useful, reassuring guide for anyone moving into peri-menopause but equally useful on the other side. Because those hormone levels aren’t bouncing back after menopause, our self care becomes more essential, if anything!
