Organic Calming Bath/Body Oil
This hand-blended Calming Bath and Body Oil is very simply organic sunflower seed, apricot and castor oil with a touch of calming and soothing lavender and roman chamomile essential oils.
For calming both skin and mind. Gentle, hydrating and with such a beautiful, delicate natural aroma.
Perfect for children too.
You can pay by Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, credit card, direct bank transfer and Klarna (buy now, pay later).
A wonderfully calming bath and body oil, which can also be used in the bath; it is calming for the skin, and it calms your mind. As a body oil, just apply a small amount to damp skin after bathing or showering. As a bath oil, pour a very small amount into the bath just before you get in (if you put it in whilst running some of the goodness of the essential oils will evaporate)
Can also be used as a massage oil, and would be best for evenings, as these oils promote calm and sleep.
This oil is also perfect for children (whether or not they have sensitive or dry skin), as lavender and chamomile are great oils to settle and calm children, particularly at bedtime.
The beauty of these essential oils are that they are amazing for dry and damaged skin, and they are very relaxing, so they will help you to sleep (perfecting if scratching is keeping you awake). When you get out of the bath, just pat your skin dry very carefully - some of the oils will stay on your skin.
Why are these oils so calming?
Lavender: the best essential oil in the world! a relaxant, sedative, useful for anxiety, stress and insomnia. It is also antiseptic and anti-fungal so useful to keep damaged skin clean and free from infection. But most importantly for eczema it is anti-inflammatory which helps to reduce the symptoms associated with eczema and psoriasis.
Roman Chamomile: also excellent for stress, insomnia, irritability. also anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and extremely soothing for both body and mind.

I add a couple of drops of calming bath & body oil to my bath for the lovely scent. I mainly use it afterwards on my arms which have become very dry lately. It goes on smoothly and the action of rubbing it in gently and the smell are indeed calming.

Beautiful Organic Bath Oil, soothing, calm and luxuriously soft on skin. Such a relaxing and simple way to unwind and chill out, breathing in only natural fragrances in a hot bath. Lovely product from Lisa.

I love this oil!
I often add a capful to my bath and just soak in it for a while and sometimes I will put it on when I get out of the bath.
It smells lovely and leaves my skin feeling really soft.

I so needed this: after 3 and a half weeks of Joe Wicks (nearly every day!), my daughter’s 30-day splits challenge and occasional yoga, my muscles needed a bit of TLC and this bath oil did just that. Thank you so much LJ Natural! Love it.

For years eczema has meant that the only bath oils I could use have been medicated ones so it was an absolute joy to find Lisa’s calming bath oil. I have been using it for for the last 6 months and find it calms not just my body ( skin!) but also my soul as I relax in a pre- bedtime bath! Lovely to have skin smelling of lavender and chamomile as I am allergic to perfumed oils.
