A beautiful, gentle aromatherapy sleep bedtime spray to help naturally calm and relax as you prepare to go to bed. With essential oils traditionally used to help calm, relax and promote a healthy and restorative sleep.
Can also be sprayed around the room to help calm at any time of the day if you are feeling anxious.
DIRECTIONS: as you get in to bed, spray the air above your bed 3 or 4 times. Take a few gentle deep breathes.
Magic essential oils included are as follows:
Mandarin: sedative and calming, great for shock, anxiety, stress and insomnia, also aids digestive problems.
Vetiver: useful for mental fatigue, stress related problems, sedative and calming, great for insomnia, depression, anxiety and irritability.
WARNINGS: External use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not ingest. Discontinue if any redness or itching occurs.
A good night's sleep is so important to help us function effectively the next day. Do a little bit of research about how to create a good sleep routine, don't look at your phone for at least two hours before bed, don't drink caffeine after about 5pm, cut down your alcohol, maybe take a magnesium supplement, there's loads of things you can do to help to create a lovely relaxing evening routine to help you nod off and stay asleep.
